All services are provided directly by independent Providers. Any agreement for services is solely between the User and the Provider.
Each Provider is solely and fully responsible for:
Holding and maintaining all required licenses, permits, certifications, and authorizations;
Compliance with all federal, provincial/state, and municipal laws and regulations;
Maintaining appropriate insurance coverage, including liability and vehicle insurance;
The quality, safety, legality, and execution of the services provided;
Their employees, subcontractors, vehicles, equipment, and conduct.
The Company does not verify, guarantee, or warrant that any Provider is properly licensed or insured.
Users agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information;
Use the Platform for lawful purposes only;
Pay all applicable fees charged by Providers;
Treat Providers respectfully and safely;
Comply with all applicable laws while using the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms creates any:
Employment relationship;
Partnership;
Joint venture;
Agency relationship
between the Company and any Provider or User.
Providers act independently and are not authorized to bind the Company.
The Platform may facilitate payments as a payment intermediary only.
Prices are determined by Providers, not the Company.
The Company is not responsible for payment disputes between Users and Providers.
Refunds, cancellations, and disputes must be resolved directly with the Provider, unless otherwise required by law.
Cancellation and no‑show policies are set by Providers. Users may be charged fees according to the Provider’s policy.
Cancellations made 20 or more minutes after an appointment is confirmed will be charged $95, plus applicable taxes.
Users may leave ratings or reviews. Reviews must be honest and lawful. The Company may remove content at its discretion but has no obligation to do so.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
The Company is not liable for any damages, losses, injuries, or claims arising from services provided by Providers;
The Company makes no guarantees regarding service availability, quality, or outcomes;
Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
Your use of the Platform;
Services provided or received;
Your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
The Platform is provided on an “as‑is” and “as‑available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if these Terms are violated or for any lawful reason.
Use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
